  My Husband & I just went there this last Sunday and needed to purchase a couple things. Scott, the store manager came to help us with the pricing and concern - he was extremely nice, down to earth and funny! I am glad he was able to help us out!!! We will be back :) Thanks !

  As long as there’s a Home Depot just down the street I’ll never step foot inside this Lowe’s store again. I waited in line at the cashier, a older lady, whom should have been at home still retired. I payed for my stuff with my debit card and ask for 10$ cash back, well I went out the door and maybe 30 steps into the parking lost and it hit me, she had “forgotten” to give me my 10$, I promptly went back in and politely told her she had forgotten, now remember on 3 minutes tops had passed yet she says I can’t give you 10$ till I count my cash register or a manager approves. I remained calm and ask to talk to the head casher see I live 25 minutes from this store, she said she would talk to the manager about closing this register and counting the register. She came back said he said you would have to leave or info and the would call me later and I could come back and get it. I ask nicely “do you have security cameras aimed at your registers”? Why of course we do she answered. So how long would it take to look back 10 minutes and see that I’m not lying to steal 10$? Oh we will not do that she said. So I politely said well I have been shopping with Lowe’s for over 20 years, and I’m gonna pay this store 10$ to never step inside it again and never buy anything here again. It’s been almost a year now and not been back yet. I understand there a people that would steal this way, but I’m not a thief or do I lie, and in the fact they treated me as such and where rude in doing so shows me their management team lacks professionalism.
