  This business advertises 20lb bottle refills for $11.00. On our second visit, we needed two bottles filled, but we were told there was no one in the office who could refill our bottles. They asked us to leave the bottles and we would receive a call when they had been filled. We received a call stating our bottles were ready. We returned to Mountain Gas only to find that the bottles were still empty. We left with the empty bottles. Wanting to give them a second chance, I returned to have two bottles refilled. There were several bottles, left by other customers, already waiting to be filled. The office staff member stated, again, that there was no one in the office who could fill my bottles; however, the person who had filled my bottles the first time was sitting behind the desk, in the office. I left with my empty bottles. The cornerstone of success, for any business, is good customer service. YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT HERE.

  I switched from UPG propane to Mountain Gas around Christmas of 2015. I can't speak for Karen Milen's experience but mine was the complete opposite. Fantastic service. Where UPG would take 2-4 weeks for delivery, I actually received a call from the Mountain Gas delivery guy asking if it was ok to deliver 2 days ahead of the scheduled date. Every time I've dealt with them has been great. They were very willing to discuss all options and I felt like they bent over backwards to assist me. Very happy I switched.

  Customer service is outstanding. The office personnel went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. (i had a tough install) The service tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also arrived on time and with my tight schedule it is a must. Overall I'm very pleased with the job well done.
