  Absolutely phenomenal! I first called and Richie answered the phone. He told me they were real busy and would be able to get me in the following week. I was okay with that to deal locally. Besides that is a good sign for an installer to be that booked up, shows they do quality work. So I went in at lunch and he spent time with me and was more than helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he made a suggestion that we went with. Then they scheduled my sons truck to get his stereo all straightened out. We get there and he takes it right in and finished in 2 hours. Then my sons truck is straightened out in an hour and a half. After speaking for a while we went on and he took care of 3 more customers in the showroom. Locally owned and involved daily with fantastic prices and top notch workmanship.
