  The pharmacists here have always been nice but it seems like they are really, really understaffed. Everything takes forever. Going in, driving through, even just calling, nothing is ever quick here. I've stood in line waiting to pick something up for twenty minutes while they waited on the only person in front of me. Just now, I called and waited on hold for ten minutes before someone finally picked up and immediately hung up on me. There's usually one person waiting on people, running from the counter to the phone to the drive-in. You can't get mad at them, because they are going as fast as they can, but it's frustrating. I know that I usually have to plan on at least twenty minutes every time I have to drop off or pick up, even when it seems like it would be a not busy time. I don't understand why they run such a small staff all the time when they are obviously overwhelmed. I will probably change pharmacies because it is so frustrating.
